In order to adapt in these trying times, we began our move towards a fully integrated remote working model to allow for more virtual collaboration between our team, our subcontractors and our clients. A key strategy implemented employed the adoption of Procore Technologies’ Construction Management Software to our electronic documentation records in our move towards being a more paperless organisation. Merging our Integrated Management System into Procore ensures that our quality, safety and environmental standards could be maintained in real time. Daily site diaries are completed directly from our site team’s mobile phones or tablets, ITPs are maintained electronically, registers are monitored correctly, and drawings are easily accessed. Monitoring projects in real time brings a good deal of comfort for all stakeholders.
