Last Friday, we proudly celebrated the Topping Out Ceremony for the Claymore Senior Living Project, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of 45 independent living homes that will provide a safe, accessible, and welcoming community for seniors. This achievement reflects the dedication, collaboration, and hard work of everyone involved, including Homes NSW, Impact Group, our consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners. Most importantly, it is a testament to the commitment of our project team, whose professionalism and determination continue to drive the project’s success. As the project progresses toward completion, we remain focused on delivering high-quality homes that will support independence, connection, and wellbeing for future residents.
