Since intitial certification in 2019, we have proudly continued striving for excellence, currently evidenced by exemplary ISO audit results and another successful round of recertification in the standards of Quality ISO 9001 [2015], Occupational Health & Safety ISO 45001 [2018] and Environment ISO 14001 [2015].The conclusions of this year’s audit highlighted that Alliance Project Group has not only maintained its management system in line with the requirements of the standards but also showcased and listed the organisation’s strengths, including: – Commitment of top management for implementation and improvement of the IMS into business operations; – Deployment of IMS documentation and information management on-site; – Deployment of resources for managing the systems; – Dedicated HSE Manager and employment of additional HSE resources to further improve site implementation; – and, Use of technology and applications for managing systems and processes.It was further noted that management have committed to improve these systems further, specifying that the Founding Director’s participation, Project Director’s contribution and HSE Manager’s active participation throughout the audit.Proudly exhibiting zero non-conformances in both major and minor categories.We are truly proud of the team and their outstanding achievements. ____ #audit #safety #environment #quality #teamwork #iso9001 #iso14001 #iso45001
