Last Tuesday, the Alliance team came together for a staff development day, consisting of in-house safety and IMS training conducted by our very own HSE Manager, Paul Kellaway.
Right after, the team were given a tour through the upcoming changes to the BCA, NCC and other building regulations and legislation by James Deters of Credwell Consulting, and were given a good idea of how to navigate their way through the many oncoming changes.We believe that it is of utmost importance that staff are kept up to date with the latest requirements so that our quality assurance is always at its peak.All-in-all it was a highly informative, educational and engaging day.
