Nexus is a powerful tool that helps us identify bottlenecks, control quality management and records, and track progress and project KPIs with real-time data from the initial design phase all the way through to handover.
Initially created more than seven years ago as the original Alliance Project Group application, it has recently been upgraded to allow for more project tracking in a sleeker and more user-friendly way.
With the Nexus app, we can:

Track and monitor project milestones and critical hold points using heat maps
Control quality of design, quality of project, and control design and delivery outputs
Access all of our project data and information on our secure servers

Easily enter project data as it has been built for non-technical users
Nexus has shown promising results having been utilised on our previously completed The Parkside project in Macquarie Park where we managed the completion and handover of 318 units, and is now in full deployment on our current project in Erskineville.
