Alliance Project Group’s COVID-19 Response
 

APG’s Director has instructed the introduction of new roles and responsibilities in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, in line with our Integrated Management System’s rubric on maintaining health and safety with the government’s decision to keep construction ongoing through the weekend and public holidays.

  1. Utilising existing personnel who hold substantial emergency management qualifications and expertise, including NSW Police and Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services, APG has formed a Crisis Response Committee to perform critical functions including:
  2. Informing all staff and relevant stakeholders on the latest information pertaining to the coronavirus pandemic;
    2. Establishing and enforcing risk mitigation procedures across the APG construction sites and workplaces;
  3. Documenting all relevant business activities and responses related to the coronavirus pandemic.
