The Parkside comprises 318 apartments across two towers on a shared podium above a common two-level basement car park. The podium features a concierge, gym and yoga room, clubhouse, outdoor cinema and central water feature.

In 2025, the project was recognised at both NSW and National levels by the Australian Institute of Building (AIB), receiving awards in the Residential Construction $60M+ category
