This project involved the construction of an iconic off-form, class 2-finish concrete
structure consisting of three lavish wholefloor apartments overlooking the Coogee Bay
area.
With unobstructed views of the bay, this project has been designed to maximize
the wide panoramic views available. Each apartment includes state-of-the-art home automation and opulent finishes, coupled with spacious living and bedroom areas.
Aloft – Unit 3
The design and construction of five highend luxury apartments set over five levels with basement car park, car lift, turn tables, and green terraces on a site with extremely difficult access. Located in one of Sydney’s most prestigious peninsulas, Aloft represents harbour-side living at its most exclusive. From its world class vantage point, this residence has been designed to take full advantage of uninterrupted panoramic harbor views across Rushcutters Bay, the city skyline, Harbour Bridge, Opera House and North Sydney.
Aloft showcases a rarely experienced calibre of design and a unique sense of space and luxury.
